Exchange

• Exchanges are only applicable for ready items; customizable items are not exchangeable
• Ready items can be exchanged if the desired item is available in stock, if not the customer will be notified accordingly.
• Local and international shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer
• Exchanges are only allowed one time after the original purchase.
• The item exchange request must be communicated within 48 hours through our email bellafarfalla.wear@gmail.com . After this period no exchange requests will be accepted.
• Sale or promotional codes do not apply to exchange items. For exchanging an item that was discounted with one that is not discounted. Customers will be responsible for paying the price difference.
